In the face of the coronavirus outbreak, Richey Tax Solutions LLC is committed to the health and well-being of our community. Accordingly, we are revamping our client interaction to reduce the opportunities for the virus to spread through social contact at our office.
We are now implementing a drop-off procedure for bringing your tax documents to us, either through our drop box by the front door or through our new front door. By appointment, we will meet you at the door to receive your tax documents. We will follow-up by phone or email with any questions.
Even better, we are fully prepared to operate remotely and paperless through our online portal for those clients who wish to do so, using smartphones, scanners and computers.
We also take internal procedures to reduce possible contamination through minimal or delayed document handling.
We will also schedule client pickup appointments with follow up phone conferences as needed.
Accordingly, our front door will remain locked during business hours. Please call or ring our doorbell, when you arrive, and we will meet you at the front door.
Office staff will be on duty from 10am to 2pm, Monday through Thursday, and will take phone calls at our regular phone number, 520-908-0677.
This procedure will become effective on December 16, 2020 until further notice. We are taking these steps to protect our entire community from the Covid-19 virus, which could be very serious to our clients. Thank you for your understanding.
